I went through 2 ergo loop adaptors within a month of receiving them. I thought the first was a fluke but the second time it happened it just crumbled but by bit. It’s because it’s a soft plastic. Dont waste your money

This isn’t something we commonly see, as the adapters are generally very durable, so we’d really like to understand what may have happened with your setup. Our Ergo Adapters are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, so we would also be very happy to send you a replacement at no charge. We want to make sure the replacement works well and lasts for you going forward.
One thing we recommend is making sure the screw connecting the green rim to the adapter is secure, but not overtightened. If it is tightened with too much force, it can put unnecessary pressure on the adapter and potentially cause cracking over time.

I've been using this face shield for last 4 months and I am very satisfied with this shield! it fits perfectly over my loupes and I love the design. one good thing is you can separate the plastic film part from the frame so easier to store it. Overall, highly recommended.

I wanted to give my honest feedback after using the shield for a few months, and honestly, could have left a review a week after! I don’t know how I worked in dental hygiene for as long as I have (almost 10 years!) without this specific shield. The loupe adaptor pieces are a game changer for my new ergo loupes and I feel so protected from all the splatter that comes during hygiene cleanings. Cannot wait to get my hands on more shields for the rest of my career!

Incredible for clinical practice, it prevents contamination with pathogens because the face shield protects a larger area than just the face, and the plastic is practically invisible.

I’ve purchased several types of shields & by far ambience shield is the most comfortable, durable and worth the price. It’s a great investment! I’ve wasted so much $ with different models with disappointments. I’m petite and a small size head. Finally found a shield that can fit me very adjustable & light weight.😊. The ergo loop adapter is amazing. I’m able to shield myself from splatter/aerosol more so by the shield’s angle. Also there’s no glare or deflective light. I LOVEEEEE ambience ppe. No exaggeration. This company is literally the best. I had a predicament with my shield and they helped me out so quick with no questions asked. They are so kind and thoughtful. I love the stickers that come with the shield. I love the protection of the shield and being able to use it with my ergo loupes. Quite literally the best product I have ever bought. If you have any doubts or worries about getting the shield, don’t question it, just buy it!!! They are a family company and such wonderful people who care about their customers. It has made day to day life in dentistry feel safer and my patients get a kick out of me wearing “space gear”🤣. This shield is honestly a game changer 🙌 Super comfy to wear all day, lightweight, and it doesn’t mess with my loupes or headgear. I want to LOVELOVELOVE this product, as it's very nice, but I noticed a very visible dent or defect on the shield upon opening and assembling my package. First impression was so close to full satisfaction, but I cannot stand the fact that the defect is on a very new product. The headpiece itself is incredible, with enough weight balance as to not give me a headache throughout the day. The only minor adjustment I had to take on my end was tying my hair bun lower so that it is not in the way with the band in the back. I also bought an ergo-loup adapter, however the headpiece itself is adjustable just enough so that the shield does not bump the light. I'm glad to have gotten it though, as I have thought about upgrading my loup system.

I have been using my faceshield since Dental Hygiene school. I always used to struggle with the provided ppe it would always fog up, and the headlight would create so much glare. I love using my shield every day in private practice now. The antiglare and extremely clear shield is the perfect combo, I am so excited to get my ergo loupe adapter to use them now with my Ergo loupes. Best decision back in hygiene school!!!!
As a dental hygiene student, I LOVE this face shield. It’s so spacious and so many of my friends have purchased one after trying mine. It makes a huge difference.
Ambience shield not only provides safety, but also the ability to adjust to fit your loupes comfortably. Very durable and is so easy you can remove and take on. Highly recommended!

These shields provide full coverage and fit comfortably over my loops. I also have a clear field of vision..no fogging and they are easy to clean and adjust as needed.

I have love this shield since I first worn it it’s so nice and I sometimes forget I have it on because it’s so clear and visible to see through! I love the customer service they give responded within hours and I received a part of my replacement that ripped and they were so helpful!! Awesome shield will always replace and buy new stuff here.

Our school got us the round face shields. I bought an ambience face shield myself. My classmates actually borrow mine when I’m not using it. It’s so clear and totally worth the extra cost.
I love the shield. Feel protected during patient care and no flare at all. Sometimes I event forgot that I was wearing it. I wish that all dental office offer this shield for their team.
